In orthodontics, it is very important to have dental surgical instruments like cutting tools because orthodontics involves wires and metals. The length of endodontic treatment therapy depends on the situation of the tooth. An infected tooth will really need several dental appointments to make sure that the dental infection is eliminated, but some it can be done in one appointment only if uncomplicated tooth is treated. There are some teeth which are more difficult to treat because of the position of the tooth because they have many curved root canals that are difficult to locate, or the canal is too small. Root canal complication cannot be avoided because when the root or the dental canal is opened for treatment, the oxygen in the air will initiate some bacteria to start growing causing the tooth to become inflamed and painful. There are some dental canals that after a month the patient still feel discomfort or even pain due to leakage, the canal was not fully filled with a filling materials. Endodontics is a branch of dentistry that deals with the diseases of the tooth’s pulp or nerve which is located in the center of the tooth and in the canals which is called the root canals. Each tooth has a root canals and a pulp inside. The dental pulp consists of connective tissue, nerves and blood vessels nourish the tooth when it first erupts through the gums. The dental pulp is the one that make the tooth vital or alive. Once the tooth is fully erupted or matures, the dental pulp can be removed carefully from the pulp chamber and the tooth can be saved or maintained.
